What are the delivery charges?

Why does the delivery date not always match the X–Y business days timeline?

The seller cannot ship to my area. Why?

Serviceability depends on:

Why is Cash on Delivery (CoD) not available?

CoD depends on logistics partner support. Currently, logistics partners do not support cash collection; therefore, CoD is unavailable.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, contact customer support. You will receive guidance on the process. Where feasible, a pick-up will be arranged. If not, you may return the item using a third-party courier. Return shipping costs are typically borne by the seller.

I received a delivery confirmation but not the product.

If you receive a delivery confirmation without receiving the item, report the issue within 24 hours for investigation.

Stock Status Definitions

In Stock: Delivery timelines are shown based on your postal code (typically 2–6 business days). Remote areas may receive orders via India Post, taking up to 1–2 weeks.

Out of Stock: The item is currently unavailable and will be listed again once stock is updated.

International Delivery

Currently, Fix Labs Pvt Ltd does not offer international delivery. Orders may be placed from outside India using supported cards, but the delivery address must be within serviceable regions in India.
